We offer a 10% discount for students on the production of student cards.

We also offer a 10% for Blue Light Card holders, discount can only be used for the card holder only.

These discounts are only eligible for hair and beauty treatments. Flawless aesthetics and osteopathy are not included.

A patch test will be required 48 hours before any colour service or tinting.

We do our utmost to ensure that every client is booked in for their required appointment time.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we would appreciate it if you could contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

Last-minute cancellations and clients not showing up has such an effect on our small business.

Gift vouchers are available to purchase in-store from £20. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months only.

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Children have to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Any breakages have to be paid for in the salon.
